All therapy and consultation services are currently offered exclusively via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth for individuals and professionals physically located in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Vermont. This format increases access and flexibility while maintaining the same standard of professionalism and care.
Q: What are your rates?

Fees vary based on the type of service (individual therapy, psychological assessment, consultation, or supervision). The fee for a standard 45-50 min session is $300. Rates and any applicable policies will be discussed during your free consultation. Sliding scale appointments may be available depending on financial need—please feel free to inquire. We strongly believe finances should not be a barrier to receiving therapy.
Q: Do you accept Insurance?

Dr. Brenner is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance companies directly. However, we provide detailed superbills (receipts) that you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. We strongly recommend checking with your insurance company about your out-of-network mental health benefits prior to starting services.
Q: What is your Cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If 24 hour notice is not given, the patient is responsible for the full session cost. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a late fee of 100% of the session rate. If you are 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the session will be considered a no-show.
